1- Check-In and Check-Out Times:  Standard check-in times are at 3:00 pm or later. Earlier check in times will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the property’s availability. The apartment key is located in a lock box outside the building. The access code for the lockbox will be provided the night before your check-in via email or messaging. Please return the key to the lockbox upon check-out. If the keys are lost, the guest will be charged an additional €100.

2- No Smoking; smoking is generally prohibited inside the apartment. Please use the designated smoking areas outside the building. 

3- No Parties or Events; there are strict rules against hosting parties, events, or large gatherings. Noise restrictions are enforced especially during nighttime hours. Please be respectful of neighbors. Property can only be used by the registered guests. 

4- Pet Policy: pets are not allowed.

5- Maximum Occupancy: the maximum occupancy of this property is five people excluding children below the age of two. 

6- Property Damage: guest are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. This includes broken furniture, damaged appliances stains, or any other harm to the apartment. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest. 

7- Cleaning and Maintenance: guests are expected to keep the apartment clean during their stay. Dispose trash properly in designated bins. Wash all dishes and utensils and cookware before checkout. Ensure the kitchen sink and cabinets are free of food debris. Kindly empty the refrigerator and freezer of all food items at the end of your stay. Dispose personal hygiene products properly (do not flush non-flushable items). Do not use towels or linens for cleaning purposes. Place used towels and linens in the designated laundry area near the washing machine. Notify the host immediately of any maintenance issues that includes but not limited to plumbing problems, broken appliances, or electrical issues. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed before your checkout. Treat the property as if it were your own to avoid additional fees or disputes. 

8- No Illegal Activities: any illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited. 

9- Prohibited Items: items like candles, fireworks, or other hazardous materials. 

10- furniture and Decor: do not move or rearrange furniture without permission. Avoid placing hot items, wet items, or sharp objects on furniture surfaces. 

11- Internet Usage: Wi-Fi is provided for personal use only. The use of provided Wi-Fi for illegal activities, including but not limited to downloading or sharing copyright materials (movies, music, software, etc)  is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and additional penalties. 

12- Liability for Lost Valuables: the Host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged valuables belonging to guests during their stay. Guests are advised to keep their personal belongings secure at all times. The Host shall not be held liable for any financial or emotional damages resulting from lost or stolen items. 

13- Parking: one parking space is provided. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site. Unauthorized parking sill result in towing at the  vehicle owner’s expense. 

14- Cancellation Policy: cancellations made at 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 8-13 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or after check-in. . In case of force major events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic), guests may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay based on availability. In cases where a cancellation is requested due to exceptional circumstances (e.g.  illness, flight cancellations, or government restrictions) , the guest may be required to provide documentary proof to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the standard cancellation policy being applied.
