Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 8-13 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or after check-in. . In case of force major events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic), guests may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay based on availability. In cases where a cancellation is requested due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, flight cancellations, or government restrictions) , the guest may be required to provide documentary proof to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the standard cancellation policy being applied
